Contact forms
When you send a form on this site, Humanity Solutions (KvK 71110178, Hamerstraat 67D, 2512 CX The Hague) is the sole controller of your data. We use your name, email, message and any form answers to handle and reply to your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Marketing updates are sent only if you tick the separate optional box (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw at any time.
Submissions are processed in the Google Workspace account used by Humanity Solutions. Google is our processor; transfers to the US are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Humanity Solutions runs several brands and websites. Your submission may be shared across Humanity Solutions brands where needed to handle your request. It is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
We delete submissions 12 months after our last contact with you (automatic monthly clean-up). You can ask for access, correction or deletion at any time via connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net, and you may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Occasional letter
If you sign up for the occasional letter, we use your email (and first name, if given) only to send it, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every letter has an unsubscribe link. We delete your details within one month after you unsubscribe.
Who hosts the site
Hostinger hosts this website. Like most web servers, it keeps technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, time and page requested) to run and secure the site.
Cookies, analytics and PDF downloads
This site uses no cookies and no analytics. After you unlock Foundations downloads, your browser may keep a short session flag (sessionStorage) so you stay unlocked on this device for the visit. The Start here page may likewise keep which reading steps you ticked, in the same session storage. These flags never leave your browser and disappear when you close the tab. Downloading a PDF collects nothing from you beyond ordinary web-server logs held by Hostinger.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email connectwithus@humanitysolutions.net. We reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (opens in a new tab).
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
